Capital Negocios (“Capital Negocios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at capital-negocios.com (the “Site”), our online financing request forms and applications, phone calls, emails, and text messages (collectively, the “Services”), how we use and share that information, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or submitting a financing request, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.
1. Who We Are
Capital Negocios is a U.S.-based commercial financing brokerage.
We help business owners request and evaluate business financing offered by third-party lenders and financing providers (“Funding Providers”).
Capital Negocios is not necessarily the lender or direct provider of any financing product shown on the Site. Our Services are intended for businesses located in the United States and for business purposes only.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. Depending on which form or application you complete and how far you progress, we may collect:
- Contact information, including your name, business name, phone number, email address, and business address.
- Business information, including legal entity type, time in business or business start date, industry, monthly revenue, requested financing amount, intended use of funds, and ownership percentage.
- Owner and identity information requested as part of the full application, which may include date of birth, Social Security number, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), and business Tax ID (EIN). This information may be used to verify identity and ownership and to evaluate a financing request.
- Financial information and documents you provide or upload, such as recent business bank statements.
- Information contained in financing applications and related documents.
- Messages and other information you provide through forms, email, phone calls, or text messages.
Information saved while you complete a form. Our multi-step forms may save information you have entered as you move from one step to another, even if you do not finish or submit the entire form.
We may use this information to maintain your progress, process or follow up regarding your financing request, and avoid requiring you to re-enter information you previously provided.
If you would like to request deletion of a partial request, contact us using the information in Section 11.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address
- approximate location
- browser and device type
- operating system
- referring page or website
- pages viewed
- time spent on pages
- clicks and interactions
- similar website usage information
We may also collect advertising and campaign identifiers contained in the link you used to reach the Site, such as Google Ads click identifiers, Microsoft advertising identifiers, and UTM campaign parameters.

- Contact you regarding your financing request by phone, email, or text message and respond to your questions.
- Send marketing communications concerning business financing where permitted and where you have agreed to receive them.
- Maintain records relating to your financing request or application.
- Operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and Services.
- Measure website usage, advertising, marketing campaigns, and conversions.
- Detect and prevent fraud and other unauthorized activity.
- Verify identity and business information.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information as described below:
Funding Providers. We may share your financing request or application, including business, owner, identity, and financial information you provide, with third-party lenders and financing providers so they can evaluate your request.
Each Funding Provider handles information it receives according to its own privacy practices and policies. Any financing decision, rates, fees, amounts, and terms offered by a Funding Provider are determined by that provider.
Service providers. We use third-party service providers that assist us in operating the Site and Services. These may include providers of:
- customer relationship management (CRM) services
- communications services
- website hosting and security
- form and application processing
- electronic document and signature services
- email delivery
- text messaging
- analytics
- advertising
- data storage and other business technology
These providers may process information as necessary to provide services to us.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of any person.
Business transfers. If Capital Negocios or its business or assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction as permitted by law.
6. Credit Inquiries
Submitting an initial financing request or viewing potential financing options through Capital Negocios does not require a hard credit inquiry.
If you continue to a full financing application, you may authorize Capital Negocios and applicable Funding Providers to obtain business and personal credit and background information concerning you and your business, as permitted by law.
This may include a credit inquiry before final approval, depending on the financing product, Funding Provider, and stage of the application process.
7. Data Security and Retention
The Site is intended to be served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we collect and maintain.
However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet or electronically storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, process financing requests, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it as appropriate.
8. Your Choices and Opt-Out
You have several choices regarding communications from us:
- Marketing emails: You may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions included in marketing emails.
- Text messages: You may reply STOP to a text message to stop receiving applicable text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
- Phone calls: You may tell a representative that you no longer wish to receive marketing calls or contact us using the information in Section 11.
Even after opting out of marketing communications, we may continue sending non-marketing or transactional communications concerning a financing request, application, or service you requested, where permitted by law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access to information we maintain about you, request correction or deletion of certain information, or request information concerning categories of personal information we have collected or disclosed.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 11.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information.
To the extent advertising or analytics technologies used on the Site constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar activity under applicable privacy laws, additional rights or choices may apply.
10. Children’s Privacy and External Links
The Services are intended for business owners and other adults and are not directed toward individuals under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Funding Provider websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites.

The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
